I have realized there is so much life behind where I didn’t live to my fullest potential due to fear, anxiety, overwhelm, and more. Now I am on a daily self care mission so I don’t go back to that lifestyle. Doing the work to prioritize self care is how I took my power back.

Engaging self care conversations, creating safe spaces for doing the self work, and providing tools for women are ways that I help your small group or corporate team become the better version of themselves.
