The day-to-day life of a busy woman like you can be exhausting. Right? Beyond the regular work day there’s homework to check, activities to manage, meals to prepare, laundry to do, parents to care for, and a partner to show affection to. After all of that is said and done, what’s left for you?

If you’re like most women I know, chances are…not much.

You may get a random pedicure or a few stolen moments of quiet time here or there, but other than that, your name is last on the list of priorities in your life. And let’s not even talk about working out, because who has the time for THAT?!

I get it because I’ve been there. I’m a wife and mom (a sports mom at that!), who’s felt left out of her family’s long to-do list. I know how it feels to work long hours, take care of household stuff, and quietly resent not having enough time to do the things I like to do. I’ve also been a nurse for almost 20 years and something I’ve seen over and over again with patients is how the lack of consistent self care can affect your quality of life.

Yep, that’s right. Prioritizing your daily needs are essential to your overall health and wellness. If you nodded your head in agreement just once as you’ve read to this point…then we need to talk.

My name is Latorsha and I’m a Certified Health Coach. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a sincere desire to help people live a healthier lifestyle. It’s why I became a Registered Nurse (I have a BS and MS in nursing) and obtained my certification as a health coach, behavior change and weight management specialist. I specialize in showing women ways to incorporate self-care into their routine through realistic lifestyle changes.

Ultimately, my role is to help you get back on your own to do list and prioritize self care. Don’t you deserve that? I believe that you do.

The truth is, you won’t find the time to squeeze in self care – you have to make the time. I’m here to help you on that discovery of making time for yourself, while winning in ways that allow you to show up as your best self, in all dimensions of health in the process.

Some of the ways that I help you is through workshops, presentations, and conversations on my podcast. I know that one of these methods is a great fit for you. Take a look around the website to learn more about me and what I do. When you are ready to connect, contact me.
